Default board

DeskDrawer always has somewhere to put an icon. The default board is that place.

Items arrive on it in three ways:

1. On first run, when every existing desktop icon needs a home.
2. When something new appears on the desktop — a download, an installer's shortcut, a file you saved there, an item created through the desktop New menu outside a board.
3. When you delete a board. Deleting a board is purely an organizational action: its icons return to the default board and no file is touched. See Board membership.

The default board is an ordinary board in every other respect. You can rename it, resize it, sort it, change its Icon size and fold it.
